NCIA News and Updates

For the Board to meet its mission and maintain public confidence, which is critical to the profession, a fee increase was needed.  The last time any fee was changed was in 2004.

This last Legislative session, the Legislature passed SB1104 that was signed by the Governor, authorizing the Board to set fees in rule.  The final rule package increasing fees was approved by GRRC, and became effective November 3, 2009.

Below is a link to the new fee schedule.

Welcome to the Board of Examiners of Nursing Care Institution Administrators and Assisted Living Facility Managers website.  The site was designed and continues to improve with consumers and licensees in mind.  The website contains a variety of information including a searchable directory of administrators and managers, forms such as applications, our laws and rules, Board meeting dates, and the members who are appointed by the Governor to serve on this Board.

You can also view meeting agendas and minutes, Board disciplinary actions, and there is a searchable directory for current continuing education courses.

My vision is to see that this Board moves forward, efficiently, economically and technologically in every way to accomplish the Board’s mission.

Allen Imig

Executive Director
